Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees, features, and terms are displayed at the time of purchase and may change over time.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing period until you cancel.
We may offer free trial periods. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you of price changes in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PORTFOLIO FLOW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Portfolio Flow and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you provide to the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for:

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
